*Position: Invoice Processing Coordinator- Full Time Student Opportunity*
*Term: 4 months*
*Location: Concord, Ontario and Oakville*
*Start Date: January 2023*

• The Financial Processing Coordinator supports the CRH Canada Finance team, in transaction processing and general financial analysis.*

*Position Responsibilities*
*

• Processing vendor purchase orders and invoices in SAP
• Assisting with employee travel and P-Card transactions
• Processing employee updates in SAP such as Organizational data, master data and time sheet entry and filling
• Assisting with processing and accounting for cash activities (journal entries, cash forecast inputs etc.) and journal entries, in SAP
• Produce accounting reconciliations and transactions
• Utilize SAP to assist in gathering and analyzing data as well as reporting results
• Specialized projects

Education & Experience**
*

• Some relevant experience relating to position responsibilities above
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting or related field
• Interest in enrolling as a student in a professional accounting stream (i.e. CPA)
• Strong communication skills and team experience required
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft office tools; excellent Excel Skills
