Overview
The Retail Team Lead is responsible forsupporting the Retail Supervisor within a designated territory for training, quality control and mentoring of PT Retail Reps.
Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact and communication support for project queries from reps and stores.
Train and coach reps, providing accurate records of interactions as instructed by Supervisor.
Maintain in store relationships within the area. May participate in client in-field work withs.
Assist with retrieval of company equipment and project materials when required.
Act as the lead in store and subject matter expert for team project execution.
Act as the main point of contact when Supervisor is out of office.
Execute a regular territory of stores and assist in vacant/vacation territories for in-store activities.
Lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs for the purpose of in store merchandising activities.
Meet in store with Supervisor for ongoing development and training.
Consistently support company process, policies, procedures and position responsibilities.

Physical Demands:
While working in retail stores the associate will be required to sit, reach (overhead, under and arms length), bend, climb, kneel stand, squat, walk on flat surface, lift up to 50 lbs., change position, and handle and carry a 2 lb. device.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with one to two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Experience working with online tools and apps.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid drivers’ license is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work environment: In-store field environment with travel required. Some Home Office work required.
Language Skills: English is the primary language, however, bilingual skills may be required in some areas.
