Crossnorth Inc. operates a sand mining operation in Orangeville (East Garafraxa). We are looking forward a front-end loader operator for Komatsu WA 500 loader who can help with following:
· Operate screening plant and stacker (portable conveyer), and screen material
· Assist pit team in making specialized mixes (topsoil mixes etc.)
· Load trucks with the correct amount and type of material as per the supervisor
· Ensure that material shipped is free of frozen lumps and contamination
· Ensure assigned equipment is operated and maintained properly
· Assist team in the repair of the equipment within the pit
· Assist supervisor at the pit with weighing out the trucks
Ideal candidate will have experience working in aggregate pit and certified with surface miner training module.
Hours of operation: Mon to Fri; 6 am to 4 pm.
