What You Will Be Doing
- Developing, testing, and continuously improving generative AI models
- Solving student support tickets correctly and quickly
- Onboarding new students to the program

- Performing just one task or function – you’ll be given a variety of operations tasks to support your growth and development.

Basic Requirements
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to fluently communicate technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing
- Consistently available to work primarily during US Central business hours (6 am – 6 pm CST)

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
