Your Role

As a Business Manager, your organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills will be actively engaged from the outset. You will collaborate with the finance and operations teams in our global subsidiaries. You will take on a range of responsibilities, and while each day presents unique challenges, you can anticipate accomplishing a variety of tasks, across multiple departments, including:

Operations:

• ERP maintenance, upkeep and operations.
• Converse/liaison between the finance and operations teams with resource updates (new deployments, special billing cases, etc.)
• Help facilitate process optimization and training, for financial, operational, and administrative processes.

Marketing:

• Lead marketing initiatives and develop content to post on company website and social media platforms.

Finance:

• Support the finance team with processing of bills and invoicing, if needed.

Administration:

• Manage all administrative systems and back-office paperwork for resources.
• Manage HR documentation, employee onboarding and training.
• Manage all administrative documents, and their updates and manage company filing systems.
• Provide administrative support for global subsidiaries.
• IT troubleshooting support.
• Help operations and finance teams manage onboarding processes, daily standups, etc.

Must Haves

• 2 to 5 years of work experience in business administration, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel to the USA up to 4 times per year.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments.

Nice To Have

• B.B.A. or B.Comm from an accredited university.
• Experience working within an ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Experience working in the professional services industry.
