$50,000 – $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
Qualifications:
Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
