The customer support representative is responsible for delivering value and customer satisfaction to Cryptoworth’s clients. This includes helping teams of accountants to provide weekly, monthly and year-end accounting activities. The role offers growth and exposure across several sectors in cryptocurrency like DeFi, Layer 1/2s, NFTs etc. The customer support representative collaborates and is supported by our founders, engineers, advisors and data analysts at Cryptoworth, to manage client relationships and oversee client success.
