We are looking for a full-time reliable and motivated individual for the position of Rental Counter Associate.
This position will report to the General Manager at 116 Wheatfield Road.

C&T Rentals helps contractors, homeowners, builders and industrial companies by renting them well maintained equipment they need to complete their projects big or small.
We have three locations and over 60 employees to best serve our customers. We are known for our exceptional customer service from our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
What you will do
- Rent equipment or arrange to provide service to customers
- Coordinate delivery or pickup of equipment
- Prepare rental agreement/contract
- Maintain daily contracts, customer charge files and balance daily receipts
- Answer phone and email inquiries
What you will need
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Previous related work experience
- Experience in dealing with the public by phone or in-person Experience with construction equipment is an asset
- Must have a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service
- Must have a cooperative working relationship with ability to maintain a high degree of patience
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
Working conditions
- Working a standard eight-hour shift, Monday to Friday and a rotating shift on a Saturday.
- Possibility of some overtime.
- Must be able to lift 50 – 75 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, kneel for prolonged periods of time.
- Will have exposure to loud noise, dust, gas or fumes.
