As the Medical Clinic Manager at The Cure Medical Clinic, I oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure excellent patient experience and efficient clinic management. My role includes managing clinic staff, recruiting healthcare professionals, optimizing operational workflows and improving patient services.

My responsibilities include:

• Clinic Operations: Ensure smooth operation of daily activities, including appointment scheduling, patient intake, and coordination of care.

• Staffing & Recruitment: Lead efforts to recruit full-time and part-time family physicians including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards for patient safety and care quality.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support medical and administrative staff, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.

• Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, working to improve overall patient satisfaction and service delivery.
