The Role
The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement is seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and making a significant impact on organization’s transformational goals. The Continuous Improvement Analyst must have strong organizational and analytical skills, and an eye for detail, to identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In collaboration with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders, the analyst will recommend solutions, oversee their implementation, and ensure they are delivered on-time and successfully.
The Continuous Improvement Analyst will be responsible for the delivery and support of process improvement initiatives; supporting Cymax Group in accelerating improvements and change inclusive of process optimization, automation, simplification and establishing Continuous Improvement culture. CI Analyst will have passion for Problem Solving and making things better.
