Cyntech is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, knowledgeable, organized, and positive Procurement/Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Calgary, AB office.
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects
- Assist with procurement, vendor management
- Assist with business development efforts as required
- Prepare shipment documentation, track shipments, and liaise with the Project Manager
- Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity
- Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Strong organization and administrative skills, including the ability to work independently and in a team with minimal direction
- Experience in the construction or transportation industry considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
