Daily Hive Looking for Junior Product Manager at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our Digital team as a Junior Product Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in workflow management and the creation of outstanding customer experiences. Working closely with the Digital team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a product backlog based on business value and requirements. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Digital team to establish and maintain a comprehensive product backlog aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage and direct the development team and stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in product maintenance and testing, ensuring quality and usability standards are met.
• Act as a customer experience advocate, consistently striving to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Regularly interact with Zoomer brands, promoting professionalism, digital education, and awareness.
• Facilitate and promote agile development principles within the team and across the organization.
• Identify and address blockers or impediments that may impact the team’s productivity.
• Eventually, lead regular digital ceremonies and meetings, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective, as required.
• Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure product quality and adherence to standards throughout the development process.
• Perform other duties relevant to the position as needed.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite products such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and methodologies.
• Experience working with development teams or technical professionals.
