We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available for flexible hours and have a strong sense of customer service. Although this is a position that includes regular office work and answering phones, we are looking for someone who enjoys being on their feet and engaging with the public. This individual will be responsible for handling customer questions and concerns, so we are looking for someone who is not only friendly, but also assertive and comfortable speaking up to people.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer files.
- Answer customer questions.
- Order products for customers.
- Provide information about the company to customers.
- Assist customers in completing forms and transaction documents.
- Process transactions and payments in a timely manner.
- Promote products and services to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
