POSITION OVERVIEW
Danica is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Team Lead. We are seeking a reliable, career-minded individual who is comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment and looking to grow with us as a company. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunity for advancement.
This role will be responsible for providing best-in-class Customer Service by resolving issues and escalations in a timely manner. Following all cases thoroughly and always going the extra mile to provide support to our customers, stakeholders, and internal staff. The focus of this position is ensuring our day-to-day tasks are operating as efficient as possible encouraging internal collaboration, providing support, training, and coaching to the Customer Service Team. Some tasks involve developing strategies, metrics, process documentation, and monitoring the team’s performance and progress. This role also requires working alongside other departments such as marketing, accounting, and product development as required. It is important to have high level of attention to detail, organizational and conflict resolution skills, and a “can do” mindset to succeed.
