Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices, policies and PPE compliances
• Follow all applicable procedures and processes to ensure quality and timely assembly of products
• Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
• Actively participates in continuous improvement activities and assist in identifying training needs and quality metrics
• Ability to work at an established rate showing attention to detail and quality standards
• Use sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Shows attention to detail assisting in the production of a quality product
• Ability to perform tasks which require repetition, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Must be flexible and adaptable to work in various areas throughout the production floor
• Support and participate in excellent housekeeping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pushing /pulling of various objects
• Support a respectful workplace and positive attitude

Qualifications and required skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read a tape measure and has essential mathematical skills
• Possess teamwork, communication and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with other team members and departments.
• Versatility, flexibility, ability to work shift work and in a fast paced environment

We will train you in assembling window and door products as well as teach you the process in our manufacturing facility. We provide a comprehensive benefit plan.

Shifts of work:

Monday to Friday, 2-week rotation shift work – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to midnight

Possibility of midnights depending on department of work. Shift premium for afternoons/midnights. This is a permanent full-time position.
