What are we looking for? 🧠
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a closing role, either software/SaaS or professional services (Marketing agency, Consulting services, etc.)
- Great communication skills with top-level spoken and written English
- Full cycle experience/experience building and managing your own pipeline
- Proactive, driven, and persistent, this is a hunter role, not a farmer role
- Target-driven and highly accountable
- Experience with Hubspot and Outreach a plus
- Some experience in professional services/project delivery is desirable
- Ability to work US time
What will you be responsible for? 💡
- Manage a 360° sales process from qualification to close
- Be responsible for building up to 40% of your own pipeline
- Report weekly on pipeline health and forecasting
- Become an expert in our service, the value it provides our customers, and how it is delivered
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to create new campaigns
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a successful handover and onboarding
- Responsible for hitting monthly revenue targets
