Shift – Day

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives and create and manage equipment build schedules for project launches.
• Manage projects within budgetary and time constraints.
• Contribute to the quoting team, programming structure, and process flow.
• Implement standard engineering practices and provide comprehensive documentation upon project completion.
• Construct projects according to design specifications.
• Develop, install, and instruct on all required PLC programming.
• Design and innovate new systems.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure the success of all projects.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards in the relevant country.
• Assume responsibility and accountability commensurate with the seniority of the position.

Education & Qualifications

• Hold a University Degree or College Diploma in a specialized field such as Electronics, Mechanical, or another applicable area of Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive or related industry.
• Exhibit understanding of all facets related to the manufacturing of Automotive stamping, welding, processing, and automation.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the production environment, strong analytical skills, and mathematical proficiency.
• Show proven experience in PLC logic and programming, including expertise with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, and similar systems.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
