One of our clients in Cambridge,ON is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility.
Shift – Days / Afternoon/Night
Responsibilities
- Formulate an annual plan for maintenance activities.
- Supervise the execution of both ongoing and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Authorize all purchase orders related to maintenance.
- Manage the scheduling and delegation of daily tasks for all employees.
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment and adherence to safety practices.
- Conduct inspections of the workplace.
- Procure parts for repair and maintenance purposes.
- Acknowledge and commend employees for their health and safety performance.
Qualifications
- Possession of certifications in Industrial Millwright/Mechanic, Industrial Electrician, Tool and Die, Controls Automation, or a strong background in industrial maintenance encompassing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical processes would be advantageous.
- Preferably, possess three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
