Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc Looking for Maintenance Supervisor at Windsor, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Pay – $85k-$90k/year

Shift – 8 hour Rotating shift (D/A/N)

Job Duties

• Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage and supervise all maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of machinery and equipment.
• Lead Maintenance Team: Direct a team of maintenance technicians, including millwrights and electricians, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
• Schedule and Plan Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage Repairs: Coordinate and oversee repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance: Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to maintenance staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with operational goals.

Mandatory Requirement

• Candidates must possess a valid 433A, 442A, or 309A millwright or electrician certificate.
