One of our Automotive clients is looking for a Quality Control Technician for their Day shift.
Shift – Straight Days
- Work in compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
- Engage all employees in Lean Manufacturing methods and process improvement strategies.
- Monitor continuous improvement projects and ensure adherence to Kaizen standards
- Ensure division-wide Kaizen training requirements are met, including onboarding new employees.
- Organize Kaizen training sessions, including resource allocation and logistics.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to define objectives, goals, and milestones.
- Provide support and guidance to office and shop floor teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Engage all employees in Lean Manufacturing methods and process improvement strategies.
Requirements –
- Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO 14001 systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Quality Control Certificate or Engineering Degree
