Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Parts Manager role located in Toronto, ON. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, pricing, service parts, and customer satisfaction. Marketing and social media would be an asset. Role requires excellent customer service to dealers and customers, positively representing the Daymak brand.

Qualifications

• Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills
• Service Parts knowledge and experience
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of the light electric vehicle industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory control software

The candidate should also possess a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
