Medical Office Administrator with experience.
We are looking to hire an MOA for one day of in-clinic support and 3 days where you have the option of working from the clinic or working from home.
We are looking for a reliable, organized professional who will coordinate our medical facility’s function and support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality customer service for our patients, providing administrative support to our physicians and other clinic staff. You will be responsible for fulfilling administrative duties in both front and back of the office, including billing, communicating with 3rd parties on clinic behalf, scheduling, greeting patients, making appointments, managing phone, and fax traffic, etc…
A successful candidate must have a solid understanding of and knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of software applications (ACCURO), insurance, and OHIP billing procedures is an asset.
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
