We are a well-established Tim Hortons franchise with locations across Montreal. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at the Lavelle location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume store, ensuring revenue sales growth, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, and upholding the quality and standards of the Tim Hortons brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve store objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
• Place orders and manage inventory control on a weekly basis while adhering to budget constraints.
• Effectively manage spoilage, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
• Lead online training initiatives for the team to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Monitor and ensure timely order fulfillment and drive-thru efficiency.
• Conduct timely and accurate cash counts, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
• Oversee the implementation of all Tim Hortons processes and procedures, maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with third-party food delivery services and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain sanitary standards in accordance with regulations (3x per year).
• Provide leadership in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• Stay current with promotional campaigns, ensuring effective communication to both staff and customers.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the store owner, providing regular progress updates and feedback.
• Complete weekly auto-evaluations, comparing performance year-over-year and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and registries are completed daily.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient store layout to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure food and beverage ratios are consistently followed to maintain quality standards.**Qualifications and Requirements:**
• Fluent in French and basic English language skills.
• Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 and adapt to changing shifts and demands.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using technology for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
