D&D Commercial Property Maintenance Ltd Looking for Customer Care Associate/Home Position at Saskatoon, SK Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management
• Work closely with the Client Service Director and help assist with multiple creative projects
• Communicate with clients regarding event details, timelines, and budgets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Manage client expectations and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Event or Exhibition experience is desired but not necessarily required!
• High attention for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00-$32.16 per hour
