Technical Solutions Specialist

You will report to the Operations Manager of the organization.

• Able to lead user acceptance testing on technical solutions
• Confident in facilitating discovery sessions with clients
• Create standard work documents and training material

What you have:

• 3-5 years of experience solving real workplace problems with technology, and connecting process owners to their data

• Relevant work experience in Manufacturing, Field Services, or Renewable Energy considered an asset

• Foundational knowledge of process mapping
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Experience working in Smartsheet or similar SaaS applications
• Understanding of the Lean Manufacturing system

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
