4 Bilingual (French/English) Client Experience Specialists /Due to Promotions with Canadian Investment Leader
Our client, a growing mutual fund company with offices in Montreal and Toronto is eager to hire Bilingual career minded professionals with a combination of investment back office and client service knowledge in the prestigious role of Client Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for adding value to the client experience, helping the back office with processing requests and partnering with the sales team to influence positive client relationships across all channels. This firm hires strong candidates with excellent verbal and written skills in both English and French.
What We are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in mutual funds
- Completion of a post secondary degree or diploma
- Experience with end to end customer relationship management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a back office / processing role
- Proficiency in both French and English languages( written and verbal )
Hybrid work model. Montreal Downtown office. 8:30-5pm
