Our client is a leading well known Canadian owned financial services firm with an excellent reputation has an exciting career opportunity as a Team Manager where you can be based in Montreal OR Toronto . In this role while managing the day to day activities of 10 Processing Reps, you will be encouraged to set your team up for success. This firm believes in promoting from within so your coaching and putting progression plans in place , recognizing top performance will be valued. This critical department is responsible for the mutual fund retail administration and execution of all financial and non-financial transactions within different account types and across several different product offerings.
What Makes You A Fit:
- 2-3 years as a people manager within a back office/processing environment with specific knowledge in settlements and reconciliations
- 3-4 years minimum in mutual funds
- Completion of a post secondary education is required.
