Job Description
We are now hiring a full-time Auto Glass Technician in Winnipeg starting June 12, 2023. We are a small but talented group with a unique business model looking to expand shortly, this means there is room for advancement.
Base Wage of $30/hr with ability to progress in pay and position over time.
Summary:
We have a need for an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our operations. We are looking for someone who is technical focused and wants to continually grow and learn with the business. At DECO you’ll be working alongside an experienced manager.
- Communicating with customers
- Replacing & repairing windshields
- Replacing all other automotive glass
- Servicing our existing repair plan customers
- all while providing the customer an unforgettable service.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent people and verbal skills and be willing to engage with customers
- Must be driven, motivated, independent, and able to learn quickly
- The ability to work as a team
- Passionate about work quality
- Previous replacement experience is needed (3+ years desired)
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
Install experience is required. We pay a competitive wage and have a great company culture that loves to work hard and play hard.

Salary: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
