Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mid-rise residential construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during construction.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mid-rise residential construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
