Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Specialist at Demon Powersports located in Richmond Hill, ON. As an Inside Sales Specialist, your daily tasks will include lead generation, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
