Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the Calgary Office Managing Partner and their leadership team, as well as the Canada Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, the Director of Talent, Calgary is a key leader in the Talent structure, and has oversight of all aspects of student and associate recruitment, development, retention, and engagement in the Calgary office.
