Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support investment operations, providing operational support of one or more elements of campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

• Maintain client reporting requirements and generate reporting templates in accordance with requirements
• Ensure budget maintenance and utilization is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements, such as Media Purchase Authorizations (MPAs) and budget details
• Ensure client billings are reconciled and reported within templates
• Help with setup codes within current and future media systems
• Have strong time management skills in order to monitor high volume of transactions
• Support investment leadership in performing client audits
• Provide additional operational support as needed

Qualifications

• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing or in related field
• Relevant work experience in client services or media operations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required
• Knowledge and proven experience with budgeting and cost control principles
• Experience with new system implementation and system integration will be an asset
