Who you are: *
As a developer, you will face numerous technical challenges, so you must be familiar with the use current technologies & get involved. You are a thinker but also a doer. You know how to be independent, but also know how to be a supportive team player. You pay attention to detail, and if X is asked, you present X+Y!

Main Activities: *
- Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain DesAcc’s applications against defined design specifications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs in code and devise solutions to these problems.
- Maintain code quality, design and re-factor to gain the best performance.
- Coordinate work with Operational and cross-functional application teams to resolve data quality and performance issues.
- You will be involved in developing new software products to help us deliver our mission objectives, working on techniques for structured and unstructured data extraction, conversion and standardisation.
- You will be working with a team to maintain and expand the functionality of our existing health data management code base and create new software solutions to extract, cleanse and migrate data at the petabyte level.
- You will be expected to work closely with other members of the development team, but also be a self-starter, capable of identifying and implementing what’s needed for the team to be successful.
- You will engage with the company’s application life cycle management process which uses Azure DevOps and implement best practices needed to deliver best in class, quality code, on time.
This role won’t be a fit if:
- You are only looking to manage roadmaps, and don’t want to be involved in day-to-day building of projects. Your work is best when a manager is always providing the next steps
What are we looking for:
- 3+ years of experience working as a developer.
- 3+ years of experience in C++ & C#.
- Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Understanding of how data is created, stored, extracted, cleansed & moved
- Hands-on experience with coding applications for extracting and migrating petabyte data loads a plus.
- Recognition of the importance of the design phase of development & able to collaborate your ideas during the application development life cycle.
- You are disciplined, detail orientated, independent, adaptable & a team player
