We are searching for an experienced Site Supervisor / Superintendent with proven experience in the ICI and/or mid-rise / high-rise sectors to be the key point of contact and management on-site and to act as the face of our team for each specific project.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly look ahead schedules
- Manage all on-site personnel (both in-house and sub-contractors)
- Delegate work, monitor production, and oversee all work being performed.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with Project Team regarding RFI’s, SI’s, Material Submittals & Schedule.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Maintain daily log via Project Management software
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the jobsite.
- Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
- Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.
- Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst 30+ subcontractors and vendors.
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- 3-5 years of site supervisor / superintendent experience in mid-rise / high-rise sector
- 5-10 years construction experience in mid-rise / rise-rise sector
- Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience using construction project management software
- Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolutions
- Ability to lead, manage, and delegate on-site to in-house personnel and sub-contractors
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced construction environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- construction: 7 years (preferred)
- Construction Superintendents: 3 years (preferred)
