Dexian Inc Looking for Executive Administrative Assistant at New Maryland, New Brunswick, Canada Full Time

Responsibilities

• Heavy calendar management.
• Call screening.
• Meeting scheduling & logistics (catering, conference room set-up, etc.).
• Travel & Expenses.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Visitor registration and access.
• Prepare high quality emails to individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in providing back-up coverage.
• Hours: 8 am to 5pm (up to one hour lunch).

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Banking and/or Corporate environments
• Experience managing high volume calendars for high-level executives and teams
• Experience with Concur (Travel & Expense)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficiency with Zoom (to help setup/coordinate internal meetings)
• Ability to learn policies, procedures and processes quickly
• Savvy with Internet/Intranet usage
• College degree required (Associate minimum)
