Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant @ $17.50 p/hr & Night Manager @ $250.00 p/shift
Location: Snow Lake Camp, Snow Lake MB
Schedule: Two weeks (Admin): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-hour break), One week (Night Manager): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (1-hour break), One week off

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant (Day Shift):
Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Make reservations and coordinate guest accommodations.
Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and efficient arrival process.
Provide guests with thorough information on site rules, safety procedures, and amenities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Night Manager (Night Shift):
The same general duties are performed as the Administrative Assistant but during a slow period.
Supervise staff across kitchen, dorms, and janitorial areas, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Conduct wellness checks and ensure staff accountability during shift transitions.
Handle incidents and emergencies promptly and according to established procedures.
Serve as Fire Marshal during emergencies, ensuring proper evacuation protocols.
Assist with transportation arrangements for employees as needed.
Perform administrative tasks, including database management and reservation input.
Collaborate with department supervisors for efficient coordination and problem-solving.

Qualifications
Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong English communication skills.
Pleasant demeanour and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Previous experience in hospitality, administration, or remote worksite management preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
