About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Service Manager, the Artwork and Metadata Assistant will work in collaboration with our Client Services and Digital Services departments to review, prep, and fulfill client artwork and metadata delivery requirements based on each individual client spec and delivery timeline. This is not a customer-facing role and does not include final delivery of assets, but the quality of work is essential in representing WildBrain’s level of distribution excellence within the industry, as well as maintaining positive client relationships with our licensees.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation of client-spec metadata and artwork deliveries to accompany outgoing video deliveries to our distribution clients
Responsible for the sourcing of the master metadata and artwork from various locations on our servers and title-source-of-truth software (Star CM) for manipulation to client spec
Responsible for communication with the Digital Services Operations Supervisor as well as the Client Services department regarding timelines
Responsible for collaborating with the Library team regarding required elements
Assists on special projects as required
Qualifications
Experience working with metadata formatting and data input
Knowledge of image (PSD, JPG, etc..) and metadata file formats (XLS, CSV, etc…)
Experience with Photoshop
Previous experience working with tight schedules, large and small projects
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and independent worker
Highly collaborative and experienced working with cross-functional teams
