We are looking to hire a Sales Director with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our high-trust, collaborative and team-first culture.
About the Role
This role is solely focused on driving new business through outbound sales efforts.
Working collaboratively with our Marketing, Client Experience, and Strategic Partnership leads, and in line with Dialectic’s core values, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing; including outbound lead generation, discovery, proposal writing and contract negotiation.
You are responsible for discovering and understanding business’ training needs and determining whether those needs align with Dialectic’s solutions, which include our off-the-shelf e-learning,
Learning Snippets, and our custom e-learning and in-person training services.
Diversity, equity and inclusion training will make up a significant number of your deals.
Enterprise-level deals will also be a focus.
You must understand how to manage a book of business like it’s your own company and to take initiative in leading prospective deals internally.
You will report to the President and will be responsible for growing revenue by achieving your sales targets.
