Come join the Diamond team. We offer you a fully bilingual (English/French) working environment. We manufacture high-end stainless steel products that need to be polished with care. The quality of your work will be our signature! With our working schedule you will be off on Friday afternoons:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., it’s your choice!!!
Your main responsibility will be to polish stainless steel surfaces according to the requirements of the different projects and to ensure the quality of the food and pharmaceutical finish.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Polishing assemblies using pneumatic and power tools as well as various abrasives
- Grinding and polishing welds and surfaces
- Correcting imperfections as needed
- Inspecting your work yourself to ensure that you meet the required quality
- Maintaining the equipment you will be using
- Working efficiently
- Working in close collaboration with the welding department.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Polishing experience
- Have good dexterity
- Working with Pride
- Good visual acuity
- Be in good physical shape
- Be meticulous and organised
- Have the ability to work in a team
- Have safe behavior
- Be diligent and punctual
- Available to work overtime
