Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
· Order taking via phone calls, faxes & emails
· Processing order and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time
· Maintain scheduled orders & backorders
· Answer customers’ enquiries and aid assistance to provide excellent customer service
· Maintain, update, and distribute sales literature/flyers/catalogue
· Prepare quotations and pricelists
· Perform routine clerical duties
· Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
· Perform various administrative functions
· Obtain price from suppliers and prepare price quotations for customer
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with key customers and vendors.
● Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, with strategic and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
● Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
● Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
● Highly motivated, with strong enthusiasm
● Proven organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
