Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies for UK Ecom Brand, with a focus on the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective advertising campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy development
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize creative strategies and campaigns
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative assets
• Communicate and present strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in creative strategy, with a focus on the ecom DTC space
• Expertise in advertising and creating impactful ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of the UK market and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work full time in a employed capacity, with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week
• Must be based in the UK or near London, with a strong understanding of the local market
• Fluent in English
• Proven track record of successful creative strategy development and implementation in the ecom industry
