Responsibilities:

What your day will look like

Administration (100%)

• Manage the reception area, including the switchboard, client interaction, mail and courier arrangements, along with other reception related activities
• Manage boardroom bookings and meeting arrangements, including preparation and clean-up for a variety of functions
• Assist with word processing of a wide range of large and small documents, including formatting, editing, proofreading, and overall quality review
• Assist with document production, including photocopying, scanning and binding
• Assist with maintenance of the office filing system, archiving and libraries
• Assist with managing the flow and approval of accounts payable invoices throughout the office
• Assist with compiling information related to client invoicing
• Assist with other administrative duties as required and contribute as part of the administration team to fulfill the variety of tasks necessary to run the office effectively

Qualifications:

What you will need to succeed

• Proficient in the use of MS Office , with an emphasis on Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy and quality
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing workload demands

Experience:

• Working towards a post-secondary education in an administration-related field of study is considered an asset
