DiLytics Canada Inc is looking for a seasoned SSRS Solution Architect / Consultant. Some sort of Public sector experience is an added advantage. Candidates need to be in Canada while applying for the same

SSRS Consultant Role and responsibilities

• A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of programming experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
• Minimum (3) years of demonstrated SSRS development and migration experience.

Addon skills:

• Demonstrated experience with Regional Health Authority and/or Department of Health applications in Canada.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing the implementation of technical solutions in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and deploying SSRS reports.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) including the creation of SSIS packages.
• Demonstrated experience with database tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Demonstrated experience with database performance tuning and indexing preferably for SQL Server implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL Server 2012(or later), Enterprise BI, and/or other analytic/data warehouse technology;
• Demonstrated experience in architecture where multiple systems and domains need be considered from an enterprise view.
• Demonstrated experience with Cognos/Impromptu.
• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting SQL-based reports.
• Demonstrated experience in developing/architecting secure applications using LDAP/Active Directory for security login implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with relational database concepts and software development lifecycles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: From $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fredericton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
