Etobicoke bakery is recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our team.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
What will you do?: Invoice reconciliation, assist with reception and general administrative duties as assigned.
Our Expectations:
- Minimum 1 year previous clerical experience
- Ability to multi task with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency at English both verbal and written
- Microsoft Suite (Word-Excel-Outlook) User – Intermediate Level
