Our client, an award-winning Vancouver-based real estate developer is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction operations in BC.
As the Project Manager, you will monitor and motivate construction crews to deliver projects on time and on budget, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Project Manager will be expected to review the work of the construction crew to ensure quality standards are being met, develop the scope of work for each site, and report to senior management about the cost and progress of each project.
The successful candidate will bring 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, have effective communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with different partner groups, and be highly effective at time management and organization. Experience with multi-family, wood-frame, and concrete projects will be a definite asset.
