About This Opportunity:

As Director, Customer Education, your mission will be to build a World-class Customer Education team. The Customer Education team focuses on creating solutions at scale to deliver valuable knowledge to our customers, connecting customers via a community, and helping customers self-serve. This is a leadership position and experience and achievement in similar prior roles, preferably for tech companies, is required.

You will:

• Coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and individual contributors by delivering timely and candid feedback on performance and holding team members accountable to a high level of data-driven performance.
• Build, lead, and manage Docebo’s Customer Education program and Docebo’s Community.
• Lead key Customer initiatives focused on customer enablement, driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention at scale.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of Docebo Customer Education program; including virtual instructor-led courses, on-demand courses, certification.
• Be an active public face for Docebo: Host and manage regular customer-facing product release webinars. Host annual customer awards ceremony at Docebo Inspire. Speak at customer and industry events.
• Use data and deep analysis to inform strategic priorities, to hold team members accountable to results, and to automate manual processes.
• Lead by doing. We are not looking for a strategist only, but somebody who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and “showing how it is done best” with a “coaching by example” leadership style.
• Partner with Docebo’s product team to capture and interpret product feedback from customers via user groups, the Docebo Community, and other various channels.

You have:

• An innovation-driven mindset, and have the ability to think creatively while building solutions that scale with the business.
• Proven experience hosting public events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• 7+ years experience working with Docebo Learn, or similar LMS, and other learning technologies.
• Have managed Learning Technology programs for organizations with >500 employees as a learning leader, this varies from content development to content delivery platforms management.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive action. Ability to demonstrate a high degree of empathy while balancing the relationship between Docebo and our customers. Great knowledge of the LMS market and of Docebo.
• 10+ years of experience managing teams that are geographically distributed
