Creative Copy Writer and Idea Strategist

DoctusTech, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a talented and creative Copy Writer and Idea Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Creative person, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and persuasive ads, content that aligns with our business objectives and effectively communicates our value proposition to our target audience. We are looking for a creative wizard who can think outside the box and produce content that resonates with clinicians, doctors, medical professionals, and healthcare leaders in an understandable American style.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project objectives and target audience.
• Transform discussions, briefs, and concepts into compelling and persuasive ad copies and content pieces that align with our brand voice and messaging.
• Develop innovative and original ideas for advertising campaigns, social media content, emails, and more.
• Craft persuasive headlines, taglines, and hooks that grab attention and drive engagement.
• Utilize your creative writing skills to tell stories that resonate emotionally with our audience and drive desired actions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes, bringing fresh and inventive ideas to the table.
• Execute minor design tasks using tools like Canva or similar, ensuring visual elements complement the written content.
• Revise and refine content based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a marketing copy/design manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience as a creative copywriter, content creator, or similar role.
• Exceptional creative writing skills with the ability to convey ideas persuasively and engagingly.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn abstract ideas into concrete campaigns.
• Proficiency in crafting ad copies that drive action and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or equivalent for minor visual tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing your creative writing abilities and examples of your ad copywriting and content creation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving creative skills.
