Based out of our office located in Lachine (Montreal), we have an immediate full-time opportunity (hybrid mode) available within the Customer Care department.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, this position provides accurate and prompt service to customers as well as upselling related products. Ariva (a division of Domtar) encourages the development and advancement of our employees. In the future, the candidate could have the opportunity to move into a Sales position.
