Dow Honda is looking for full-time appointment coordinators for our Service Department.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is:
– Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
– Hard working

– Great at multi-tasking and time management
Duties will include:
– Answering incoming calls
– Booking appointments
– Responding to customer emails, phone calls, general inquiries, etc.
– Coordinating between our parts and service department
– Data entry
-Cashiering of invoices
