Join a vibrant and growing practice of Plastic surgeons by helping patients navigate their care before and after surgery. Your role is to be a point of contact for patients so that they can communicate concerns and compliments to the practice. A medical background and HR experience are an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Position Duties Include: Follow-up telephone calls; knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients; able to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality; experience with booking and billings software would be an asset; strong computer skills; able to correspond professionally via email Start Date: Available Immediately
